Rhony Imperial has been an integral part of our team since 2018, bringing exceptional skills and dedication to her role as The Captain Group Administration Assistant. With a background in Mass Communication and electives in Photo Journalism, Acting, and Directing, Rhony's creative and organizational expertise shines in her work. She seamlessly bridges communication between agents, lenders, title companies, and clients, ensuring smooth transactions from contract to close. Rhony also provides vital backend support, managing office operations and assistingour team to maximize efficiency.

Outside of her professional life, Rhony is a dynamic and multifaceted individual. A certified Rescue Diver, she spends her free time exploring the underwater world or enjoying outdoor adventures like cycling and camping. As a passionate traveler and digital nomad, Rhony immerses herself in different cultures, seeking relaxation, learning, and humility through her journeys.

Since 2015, Rhony has been committed to giving back to her community. As the Philippines representative for Pay It Forward Org (PIF), a UK- and PH-based charity, she transitioned from being a donor to becoming the head event organizer in 2023, playing a pivotal role in supporting grassroots initiatives.

Her love for food, friends, and family compliments her grounded and collaborative nature, making her a vital part of The Captain Group and a joy to work alongside.
