On a whim, I stopped to check out an open house that I passed on my way home. That is where I met Fara. I was returning from a rental property that I had owned for a number of years. It had been a successful property but it was time to move on. During a casual conversation, I told Fara that I was having no luck selling the property; she asked if I would let her give it a try.
