Fara Captain is the visionary leader of The Captain Group. A Memphis lifestyle and real estate expert, she also serves as host of the Emmy-nominated The American Dream TV. As a Multi-Million Dollar Club Life Member and consistently ranked among the Top 100 Producers in the Memphis area, Fara has solidified her place as a leader in the real estate industry. Fara holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of California, Davis, bringing a unique perspective to her work as one of the few REALTORS® in Memphis who serves both Residential and Commercial clients. Her attention to detail, number-crunching analytical mind, and savvy business knowledge enable her to provide an unparalleled level of service and dedication to her clients. With a wealth of credentials—including the coveted Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation, placing her in the top 2% of REALTORS® nationwide—Fara is also a STAR in the Star Power Network, representing the top 1% of REALTORS® in the country. Fara holds an impressive array of certifications and designations, including ABR®, SRS, GRI, At Home with Diversity, PSA, and SRES, and is a devoted practitioner of the Ninja Selling philosophy. Beyond real estate, Fara is deeply committed to inspiring others and serving her community. She has served on the Kindred Place Board, the Women’s Foundation of Greater Memphis- Grants Committee, Tennessee REALTORS Diversity Committee and MAAR (Memphis Area Association of REALTORS) Education Foundation Trustee, MAAR Young Professionals Network, Central Gardens Association, Memphis Rugby Foundation, Memphis Women’s Rugby Club. She was also a previous Rugby player for the New Orleans and Memphis Women's Rugby Club and was a coach for one of the first high school girls' teams for the Memphis Inner City Rugby Organization. She currently serves on the MAAR Governmental Affairs Committee, the Memphis Metropolitan Land Bank Authority and is an avid supporter of the Lausanne Community. She is also a RPAC Major Investor and is a huge advocate for fair and affordable housing. Fara loves supporting her husband Chris, as he continues to play Ol Boy Rugby Tournaments across the globe. She is a dedicated mother to two children and one pup. In her spare time, Fara is attempting to run a 5-minute mile, learning to garden and play pickle ball. With over a million miles already travelled, she is always finding ways to visit close friends across the globe and explore new languages and new countries!
